Hi, Guys! Have just found someone to help me in my bid to lose weight. On the internet!
Trim Down Club is what it says it is. You join and follow their program, which you design for yourself. I'm excited about this, because I get to choose what foods my eating program ( I won't say diet) is based on.
Here is a promotional video, that explains a little bit what it is about.
The basic cost is about 43.00 euro. There is no further cost, if you decide not to take them up on their special offers and upgrades etc.
There is a lot in what I have paid for. Based on the foods I choose, I get menus by the day, week - three full meals and snacks - and lots of recipes based on the foods I choose. You can choose to have lots of recipes, if you have time to spare, or no recipes - it's all worked out for you.There are hundreds of foods to choose from and they are graded, as regards health and weight-loss, so that you know what you are choosing. They give good directions re portion sizes, which is where I need to pay attention. The food is very satisfying. Even though, I find myself cutting down on portions, the food is very balanced as regards proteins and carbs.
I am excited about this program. Am feeling lighter already, even though I joined only last night!
There is lots of support and advice available - also a forum - where you can communicate with others , who are also on the same path of losing weight and becoming more healthy.
Would anyone here, at SeasonS, be interested in taking up this challenge and joining too? We could be a support to each other.
Just one small warning: the program is difficult, at first to get the hang of, as you are presented with so much information to digest at the start. So finding your way around takes a little bit of figuring out.
Have a think about it, as I would love to see some friends join in on this with me.
