I don't exercise, except for some light gardening, so it must be down to eating less!
Good news is I've dropped another 3 lbs over my hols. That's a total of 15 lbs (one stone one lb) in just over a month (31 days).
I have to admit, I was "good" during the hols. I would order a cheese and tuna pannini, that came with salad, for lunch. The pannini would be cut in half. I would eat one half and take the other half away in a "doggie bag" and eat it later for evening meal, with maybe some fruit and yogurt. During the time I was away, I did not have any alcohol or fizzy drinks or dessert. It does not sound like much fun, but it has worked!
Same with breakfast! I had the veggie brekkie each morning, which consisted of fried egg, half a tomato, baked beans and toast. Instead of baked beans, two slices of toast and some extra brown bread, which they served, I asked them to give me half a serving of beans and just one slice of toast, so then I was not tempted to eat more.
I did not feel in the least hungry or deprived in all of that time.
Lost one pound this week, against all expectations! That's a total of 16 lbs. in roughly 7 weeks. Average 2 lbs. plus per week. Not bad, considering I have been gorging on figs straight off my fig tree this week!

I have been on the diet for a couple of months roughly and have lost a stone and a half (21 lbs). Was delighted to find this morning, that I have gone down two pant sizes. In fact, my clothes that I have been wearing, are falling off me!
