It's lovely when a cat , especially a feral cat, rolls on its back in greeting. Really shows it trusts you!

Would you try fostering some "kittehs" for the SPCA? I know it's heart-breaking to give them back, but you know you have done something good. They supply everything you need - cages, food, litter, litter trays, veterinary attention etc.

It broke my heart to give them back, but still, I'm glad I'm did it and do consider fostering some more, at some time in the future, if I can get around to it.

It helps them get socialized, while awaiting adoption. Otherwise these little kitties would have to be put to sleep.

It's ok. Whisker said sleep, as in like bears who hibernate for months at a time. Surely there is no human capable of killing kittens!?
