Q: Why can't I get my attachments to load up correctly?
A: For an Attachment, you will be browsing your hard disk and clicking on an image out of your files. (Make sure it's not an over-sized pic. The usual - 640 by 480 is fine, though it will take larger.)

Attachment Deleted
After you've clicked on your file, wait until your file has finished loading. Click on Insert. Then click on Done.
If any further probs, please let me know. We have to get to the root of this!
