I'm trying this recipe by James Martin tonight. I don't have any brie in the house, but I do have goat's cheese, and I think that will do just as good.

I had it - and it was very tasty. I didn't bother cooking the goat's cheese - just had it as a salad. The beetroot relish with cranberry sauce (which I had left over from Christmas), and some balsamic vinegar, was delish!
