I made them with both sweet and savory fillings and really enjoyed them.

Love "Crepes Suzette" - crepes served hoot, folded in four, with sauce of maple syrup and Grand Marnier. Fab dessert! There are a lot of variations on pancakes.

The more fruit you add the less butter & syrup you need.
