Just in case we have some people here who are new to computers, I thought I might share this little tutorial that I came across about copying and pasting. .

I use a multiple clipboard utility which allows you to copy and paste more than one item at a time.

ClipX - bluemars.org/clipx/

Can take a bit of getting used to so might not be suitable for the novice. The website doesn't present it very well either but very useful once you've got the hang of it.
