Hi, Guys! Halloween is almost upon us. Have you planned anything special for Halloween Day or Evening? Trick or Treat? Watch a scary Movie? Play Halloween Games? Take part in Halloween Parade or Party? Dress up? Cook something special? Eat some Barm Brack and find a ring? Scare someone?

What comes to mind?

I used to be very good at giving out fruit and sweets to trick or Treaters, when I moved in here first - so my neighbours tell me. But in latter years, I go to ground, or head for the hills, if I can. There are no children , except one, living near, so i don't know the children any more.

I may go into my local shopping mall to watch a children's' Halloween Parade, where there will be a Celebrity in attendance. Maybe I may get some interesting photos.

This coming week-end is a bank holiday for us and there are a couple of things I rarely miss.

The ideal homes Expo, and
the Mind Body Spirit Expo

- both in Dublin.

Also the clocks will be going back one hour to Winter time on Saturday. Roll up the long, dark evenings!

So that will give me enough to think about!

But now that we both have colds we probably won't.

My mother was always of that belief re old peoples' parties. when the local people invited her there, as an old person, she always thought she was being invited to help!
