Judge asks jury to use ‘common sense’ as they deliberate in ‘assisted suicide’ case
The jury in the trial of a taxi driver in connection with the alleged assisted suicide of an MS sufferer have begun their deliberations.

In the end, "common sense" did prevail and the lady was found to be Not Guilty. A very difficult and sad case!
