It’s believed the Duchess of Cambridge may have already gone into labour. Royal watchers camping outside St. Mary’s Hospital in anticipation of the birth of the second baby reportedly noticed more security activity around Lindo Wing where Kate Middleton is set to give birth.

"Charlotte" is a nice name, but IMO, it sounds a bit old-fashioned, like you would find the old novels. "Charlotte" was due towards the end of April. It's now May! She's not in any hurry, so it seems!
