Parmesan Oven Fried Potatoes Recipe
4 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt (I don't use that much)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
Wash unpeeled potatoes and cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Place skin side down on a 9 x 13" baking dish or pan. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, brushing with oil-cheese mixture every 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over the last 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
