Also, I make up egg-free mayonnaise from cottage cheese (1%) fat and flax-seed oil - or rape-seed oil. I think that is very good for the skin too. Over time, you start to see the difference. there's nothing wrong with mayonnaise that has eggs in it. In fact, it's probably very good too. It's just that I don't like mayo made with raw eggs.
