Stunning Christmas Light Display

Brian Larsen likes to go big with his Christmas lights each year. And ‘going big’ involves 2,400 strobe lights, six lasers and 1,000,000 LED lights set to a thumping soundtrack. It's reckoned it is a form of addiction. Some of them spend hundreds of thousands of dollars each year on their decorations.

See ... to me, that's ridiculous ... have a nice display, a few lights here and there, nothing extravagant .. and that should be enough. You don't need to spend that kind of money on them. That money could go to feeding some homeless people each year at Christmas, or to keeping them warm and safe, where the weather is bad.

I agree. Sometimes simply done is more attractive and has just as much of an impact on telling the public you celebrate Jesus' Birth by lighting up too. Christmas is a good reminder to people that there is a need out there to help the less fortunate, more than ever now.
