Oklahoma parade crash suspect charged with four counts of murder

STILLWATER, Okla. (Reuters) - An Oklahoma woman was charged on Sunday with four counts of second-degree murder a day after she allegedly crashed the car she was driving into a crowd at an Oklahoma State University homecoming parade, killing four people and injuring dozens, police said.

A woman accused of killing four people and injuring dozens more at Oklahoma State University's Oct. 24 homecoming parade had a blood alcohol content below the minimum level to be considered legally intoxicated, court papers showed.

If this woman wasn't drunk - then what was she? - a terrorist, attempting to commit suicide, a woman with a grudge against society, who really intended to kill these people, a seeker after fame at any cost, a mentally ill person, who was hearing "voices" that were telling her to do this?
I guess this case is set to run and run.
