Go Away! Eat yourself beautiful! Before I went into hospital, my skin was very dry. Since then it has become much better. I think it's very important to drink plenty of spring water. Also, I make up egg-free mayonnaise from cottage cheese (1%) fat and flax-seed oil - or rape-seed oil. I think that is very good for the skin too. Over time, you start to see the difference. there's nothing wrong with mayonnaise that has eggs in it. In fact, it's probably very good too. It's just that I don't like mayo made with raw eggs.
