Yes, I liked it, but it's just not usual in Ireland. The most popular breakfast in Ireland is what's known as the "full Irish", which is like a huge fry-up of bacon, egg, sausage black pudding, tomato and possibly mushroom. We do have scrambled egg, omelette etc as an alternative choice.
We usually have plain toast or home-made bread with our breakfast.

Sounds like we would need to slim after all of that!
