All very admirable, M&S. Re slugs or other creatures, which are not for eating, I do not like the idea of killing them. like to leave that to Nature, in the hope that she knows how to bring about balance if left to her own devices. I have no objection to people making a choice to eat meat - and hopefully the animals are put through as little stress as possible, in the process of being slaughtered. I have no problem cooking meat for meat eaters, though I don't eat meat myself. I do eat fish, though, as I think my body needs that type of protein and nutrients. I don't miss meat one little bit.
Loved that Tommy Fleming number. His voice is clear as a bell and his diction very good. The audience weren't bad either.
Back to slugs, I still have the remainder of my lettuce, which is now beginning to take root. I have not doubt whatsoever, that if I hadn't created my "Fort Knox" with grit and Slug Stoppa, that there would not be one bit left by now.
