Never heard of "Snow ice-cream" before! We probably don't get enough snow here for that to be something we do. Also, I think it would be difficult to get clean snow here, as a lot of birds and animals would be making tracks in it as it was falling during the night. Looks like lots of fun, though.

I have a lot of fond memories of snow cream as we called it in Virginia and the smell of vanilla always reminds me of it. It was a treat and delicious!

Not to mention the ice-circle spinning in the river! Have never seen or heard of anything like that - apart from crop circles, which might have something in common.
